Built and launched a large-scale youth sport foundation from the ground up, helping translate vision into organizational structure, brand, programs, partnerships, fundraising strategy and community engagement.
SCALING AN ORGANIZATION & ITS FUNDRAISING CAPACITY
Led fund development during a period of significant organizational growth, helping build the revenue, donor relationships and development capacity needed to support an organization that grew from under $1M to more than $4M in annual operations.
